Meet Your Groomers

Keriann and Ray Rusiniak

We’ve always loved animals and taking care of them is our passion. Keriann has been a professional dog groomer since 2010. She groomed while attending school at the University of Oregon. She takes immense pride in perfecting the art of the "perfect bath". Ray has always been surrounded by dogs who seem to take to him very quickly. He began shadowing Keriann since 2015 when he took an interest in becoming a groomer himself. We take pride in earning the trust of your pets by providing a nurturing and safe environment. We currently have a bluetick coonhound named Goose. Prior to hounds we had a shih tzu, Elvis, that lived to be nearly 17 years old.

Sam

Sam is our awesome head bather the heart and soul of the doggie wash. She is trained in every aspect of grooming and salon management. She has trained numerous bathers and helps our junior stylists become experts. She is an absolute perfectionist with the goal of making sure your dog is happy, clean, safe, and comfortable. She is absolutely amazing and so very patient with dogs of all breeds and sizes. Her attention to detail is on point and it is very obvious when you look at her work! She will make sure your dogs have a luxury experience and come out looking, smelling, and feeling their very best!

Shannon

Shannon is know by pet owners all over Loudoun county. She has built such a strong reputation with the pet owners in our community. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so sweet and calm, the dogs she grooms just feel at ease with her. She excels at breed standard clips and her knowledge is endless. We love having her at the doggie wash! She fits right in with us!

Allie

Allie is an amazing groomer with several years experience. She is a huge animal lover with a FIVE dogs at home! She is such a caring and talented groomer and does such beautiful work. Her grooms are absolutely show stopping. She puts so much time and effort into perfecting every haircut. She is always looking at ways to improve in everything she does. We have loved watching her talents grow immensely. She has a vast knowledge of rustic breeds and how to traditionally groom them.

David

If you've been to the doggie wash, then you know David. He runs the front of the salon and is SO much more than a receptionist. David is absolutely wonderful and will treat you and your dogs like royalty. He works so hard to keep our schedule as neat and organized as possible. He makes sure our days run smoothly and your dogs do not have to wait around. Check out our instagram, David is featured in almost every reel. He is the true star of the doggie wash.

Jena

Jena is our amazing bather and junior stylist. She is a horse girl so she knows how to read and handle breeds of ALL sizes. She has a quiet confidence that helps nervous dogs feel comfortable and safe. The dogs always look, feel and smell amazing after a visit with Jena.
