If there is a conflict with the day or time you request we will communicate via text to get your appointment scheduled. Online booking does not take into account breeds and duration of certain services. When you request a date and time it will sometimes need to be adjusted to suit the schedule. If you do not hear back about your requested appointment within 24 hours please call or text us to confirm. Online booking is REQUEST based. it is not booked until you receive a text confirmation.
